The aromas of blackcurrant and cocoa develop into liquorice and vanilla. A very great wine, both powerful, and structured but infinitely silky. Aging in wood completes the already complex aromatic palette of forest fruits and liquorice with notes of smokes, spice and vanilla. Like all Hermitages, this wine will express its full potential in a few years.
