This fine effort is very Morgeot in character and worth a look

The palate is medium-bodied with grainy tannins

The 2018 Pavie was picked from 1 to 10 October

Domaine William Fevre, Chablis Vaillons Size:6x750ml Readers can check out notes(from a huge 3. 5 ha holding that is composed by ~75% of Vaillons proper with the remainder from Roncires, Mlinots and Chtains). Touches of menthol and wood surround the floral and pepper scented nose that isnt quite as fresh as that of the Montmains. There is by contrast good energy to the very rich and nicely voluminous flavors that conclude in a bitter lemon and intensely saline inflected finale. Very good but not truly special.
